• Platform improvement: To analyse aggregated usage data, identify technical issues, and improve the game library, payment flows, and overall user experience on jiji999.
• Marketing communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and product updates where you have provided explicit consent or where a legitimate interest applies. You may opt out at any time.

5 Legal Bases for Processing

jiji999 does not sell your personal data. We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency gateway providers — to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions. These providers have their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party identity verification services engaged by jiji999 to conduct document verification and biometric checks in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA requirements.

7 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

jiji999.vip uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, maintain your login session, and analyse platform usage. The cookies used on jiji999 fall into the following categories:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in to your jiji999 Account during a session. These cannot be disabled without disrupting Platform functionality.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your language and display preferences, your last-played game category, and other settings that improve your jiji999 experience. Disabling these cookies may reduce functionality.

8 Data Retention

• Account data and KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of Account closure, as required by AMLA and PAGCOR regulations.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, or longer if the subject matter is related to an unresolved dispute or regulatory investigation.
• Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained for the duration of the marketing relationship, plus two (2) years from the date consent is withdrawn or the relationship ends.
• Usage and analytics data: Aggregated analytics data is retained indefinitely in anonymised form. Individual-level usage logs are retained for up to twelve (12) months.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jiji999 will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with NPC-approved data disposal procedures.

9 Security Measures

jiji999 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction:

• Regular security assessments: jiji999 conducts periodic vulnerability assessments and penetration tests of the Platform and supporting infrastructure. Critical security findings are remediated as a priority.
• Data breach response: jiji999 maintains an incident response plan for personal data breaches. In the event of a breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, jiji999 will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours and affected Players as required by RA 10173.

10 Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, jiji999 players have the following rights with respect to their personal data. These rights may be exercised by contacting our Data Privacy Officer (see Section 15):

jiji999 will acknowledge rights requests within five (5) business days and endeavour to respond substantively within fifteen (15) business days. Some requests — particularly erasure requests — may be subject to limitations where data retention is mandated by AMLA, PAGCOR, or other Philippine law. jiji999 will clearly explain any such limitations in its response.

If you believe your data rights have not been adequately addressed by jiji999, you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

11 Children's Privacy and the 21+ Requirement

jiji999 is an online gaming platform intended exclusively for adults who are 21 years of age or older, as mandated by PAGCOR for casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. jiji999 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all registered Players. If jiji999 discovers that an Account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, all associated transactions will be reviewed, and the matter will be handled in accordance with jiji999's Terms and Conditions and applicable Philippine law.

12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

jiji999 may transfer certain categories of personal data to service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers, KYC verification platforms, or game providers with servers in other jurisdictions. All such transfers are conducted in compliance with the NPC's rules on cross-border data transfers, which require that the receiving party provides a level of data protection at least equivalent to that required by RA 10173.

jiji999 uses contractual safeguards — including data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses — to ensure that personal data transferred outside the Philippines retains appropriate protection. A list of the categories of service providers to whom data may be transferred internationally is available from the Data Privacy Officer upon request.

13 Sensitive Personal Information

Under RA 10173, certain categories of personal information are classified as "sensitive personal information" and require heightened protection. In the course of operating jiji999, we may process the following categories of sensitive personal information:

• Government-issued identification numbers (PhilSys national ID number, passport number, driver's licence number, UMID number) — collected for KYC identity verification.
• Financial account information (bank account details, GCash and PayMaya account numbers) — collected for payment processing and withdrawal verification.
• Responsible gaming data — where a Player's communications with jiji999 Support disclose information about problem gambling behaviours, mental health concerns, or financial distress. This data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and is used exclusively to support responsible gaming interventions.

jiji999 processes sensitive personal information only where there is a clear legal basis, and applies enhanced security and access control measures to systems holding sensitive personal information.

14 Updates to This Privacy Policy

jiji999 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing activities, applicable Philippine law, NPC guidance, or PAGCOR requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players by email to their registered address or by a notice displayed on jiji999.vip prior to the change taking effect.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. The current version of this Privacy Policy is always available at jiji999.vip/privacy-policy. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes.
