Bonus Funds not subject to a valid pending withdrawal request at the time of closure will be forfeited.
You may close your jiji999 Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities arising before the date of closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and jiji999 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through jiji999's Customer Support team. Most disputes are resolvable at this level without escalation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable under current PAGCOR online gaming regulations. Unresolved disputes following PAGCOR referral shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
